El Menú

El Eneko Lisboa ofrece dos menús de degustación Erroak y Adarrak.

El primero, Erroak “Raíces”, consiste n platos emblemáticos que fueron conservados en el menú debido a su singularidad y el segundo menú Adarrak “Ramas” que son las nuevas creaciones del Chef Eneko Atxa.

Ambos menús son acompañados por una selección de las mejores referencias mundiales de vino.
